Walkthrough: One virtual or in-person venue walkthrough to finalize logistics.
Included Coordination: Month-Of Coordination with required day-of support for Wedding & Reception.

This package is for clients who have already hired some of their vendors but are looking for some guidance to complete the planning phase.

Month of Coordination

Coordination services

Master Itinerary: Detailed event timelines shared with all vendors.
Vendor Management: Single point of contact beginning 3 months prior.
Insurance Support: Submission of all required vendor COIs.
DJ & Production: Coordination of announcements, media, and mixes.
Photo/Video: Organized shot lists and scheduled family portraits.
Décor Oversight: Managed production schedules, setup, and breakdown.
Catering Coordination: Menu confirmations, dietary needs, and service flow.
Styling & Glam: Scheduled hair/makeup, draping, and safa/pagg tying.
Day-Of Management: Vendor payments, entrances, setup of personals/favors/ceremony items, and full guest + couple support.

Our team will get in touch with all vendors 1-2 months in advance and take on the planning process. From itinerary creation to vendor communication we will be there to help every step of the way.
